I led the team running the campaign from ideation to production, directing marketing and creative talent across all departments within Cult Beauty, and external production partners. I was final approver for all campaign elements: concept, budget, art direction, casting, make-up and hair direction, photographer, production agency, studio and final asset retouching and use on channels
