
SAMSUNG GALAXY S20 - TEXAS 1 LAUNCH
I led the UK agency team to support Samsung’s Galaxy S20 launch into the Texas market. My team was brought on to support Cheil Dallas, Barbarian and Starcom to create a TX1 digital editorial hub to support the Samsung Galaxy ‘Always Texas’ campaign, linking content created with overarching campaign messaging to drive customer engagement and S20 sales in market
Project remit included creating an overarching TX1 content strategy and content pillars, reviewing UX content and customer journeys, digital channel definition & messaging plans, editorial plans for 3 key phases (launch, sustain, evergreen), and creating content frameworks with a toolkit to support ongoing in-house content creation
We launched a hyper-localised editorial series called 'Real Texas Stories' to hero local legends who only Texans would know and be proud of, and IYKYK piece featuring Cheer Coach Monica Aldama, Artist John Mata, and the Dallas Fuel. Content created also highlight Samsung's charity efforts during the Covid19 pandemic by featuring charity founder stories for charities Minnie's Food Pantry and Dallas Film among those local legends.
